Ability to Manage
There is a trade show display in the mall next week, and my manager told me to take charge in that event for the second time.
He said that I will be responsible to all the materials needed in the show. I was thinking if I will buy or rent in that show, because my manager told me that it is an open budget. But I decided to rent only, because I have a friend giving this kind of service. So I call him to prepare his trade show rentals equipment as soon as possible and bring it early in the venue on the time that I will instruct him to deliver. I told him to bring his best trade show flooring that will match up to my trade show display and banner stands to display the information of our trade show displays.
Handling this kind of show, challenge my ability to manage things that need your own decision.
